Pre-shipment inspection service include:

Pre-shipment inspection(PSI), also known as Final Random Inspection, is the most common inspection type to confirm the whole shipment's quality level. The inspected samples are selected at random, according to international standards MIL STD - 105 E/ ANSI/AQ Z1.4-2008 (AQL). Inspection is suggested to be scheduled at least 2 working days before the planned loading date, so that the buyer can have enough time to check the report and decide whether to release the shipment as planned, or to discuss corrective action with the manufacturer.

Product check (included but not limited to):

1. Quanity check:

The quantity check include ordered quantity, finished quantity, unfinished quantity, packed and unpacked quantity, all data will be recorded.

2. Workmanship check:

This is the most important part of inspection, our inspector will draw samples accordingly to AQL Level II, or client’s requirement. All defects will be recorded in the report with pictures and comments.

3. Performance check:

To check the function & performance, we use different test for different prdocuts and report all results.

4. Measurement check:
